BEL was founded in 2024 with a simple but powerful vision: to make great software accessible to every organization, regardless of size or budget. Our two co-founders, experienced engineers and product strategists, saw firsthand how the high cost and complexity of software development prevented many promising startups and nonprofits from bringing their ideas to life.
We started by offering free discovery sessions and prototypes to early-stage organizations, quickly realizing that this approach not only helped clients validate their ideas but also built the foundation for lasting partnerships. As a focused two-person team, we bring deep expertise across web development, mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, and product strategy to every project we take on.

We accept only 2 projects per month — startups and nonprofits combined. After you submit your idea, our team evaluates feasibility and mission alignment. If selected, we build a functional MVP at no cost to you within a 21-day sprint. You only pay if you choose to move forward with a full build.
